Atlas Ocean Voyages. web design

Atlas Ocean Voyages needed a website that could better organize a growing volume of content while reflecting the premium travel experience behind the brand. The project included sitemap development, information architecture, wireframes, and visual design, resulting in a more structured and intuitive experience across the platform.

Atlas Ocean Voyages offered a premium expedition experience, but its website no longer reflected the quality of the brand. After years without a major redesign, the experience had become visually outdated, difficult to navigate, and increasingly challenging for guests exploring destinations, ships, and itineraries.
The challenge was to reorganize the experience from the ground up, creating a clearer structure and a more refined digital journey without losing the depth of content the brand had built over time.
The strategy was to simplify the experience without sacrificing depth. While the overall structure followed familiar cruise industry conventions, every section was redesigned to make the site easier to navigate, easier to understand, and easier to book through.
The focus was on bringing clarity to a large amount of content while creating an experience that felt more aligned with the quality of the brand itself.
The visual system was designed to restore clarity and refinement to the Atlas Ocean Voyages website. Cinematic destination photography, editorial typography, and modular layouts became the foundation of the experience, helping reestablish the brand’s premium character while making content easier to navigate, discover, and explore.
MODULAR GRIDS, FLEXIBLE CONTENT BLOCKS, AND A CLEAR TYPOGRAPHIC HIERARCHY CREATED A SCALABLE SYSTEM CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING DESTINATIONS, ITINERARIES, AND NEW CONTENT ACROSS THE WEBSITE.
